ADAM GOLDBERG has been active in multifamily real estate investment and development since 2005 (11 years) when he assembled a portfolio in Laramie, WY. After a nine year career as an offensive lineman in the NFL, Adam left football in 2012 to partner with Don Berland at Berland Development Group (“BDG”). From 2012-2016 he developed the Park Place Olde Town project (153 units) in Arvada, CO, and played a role in the development and asset management of the ~650 additional units in the BDG portfolio. In July, 2016, Adam started a new real estate investment and development firm, Gold Block Ventures (“GBV”).

JARRETT PRIMM is Adam’s partner in GBV. Prior to GBV, he served as Director of Finance at BDG where he underwrote all potential transactions and oversaw asset management of the BDG portfolio (~800 units). Jarrett also has multifamily property management experience he gained from 2009-2011 in the Lexington, KY market. He has a MBA (with a concentration in real estate) from the LEEDS School of Business at the University of Colorado. He is a member of the Colorado Real Estate Center (“CUREC”) and serves on the CUREC Young Alumni Board.
